AIWA Is an Independent Advisor — Not a Developer

AIWA Properties is a real estate advisory and brokerage firm. We are not a property developer. We do not construct, own, or have any financial stake in the projects we recommend (except where noted as an authorised sales partner, such as Dream Gardens Multan Phase 2).

Our role is to evaluate projects on your behalf, share our analysis, and help you navigate the booking and purchase process. We provide this analysis in good faith, based on publicly available information and our own market research. We are not liable for developer decisions, construction delays, design changes, or any other action taken by a developer after we have shared our assessment.

All recommendations are made independently. No developer pays AIWA to be recommended — our advisory is based on merit, not commercial arrangement.

  • Developer risk: Developers can face financial difficulties, change project specifications, or delay completion. AIWA evaluates developer track records, but cannot guarantee developer performance.
  • Liquidity risk: Real estate is not a liquid asset. You may not be able to sell at your desired price or timeline.
  • Regulatory risk: Changes in tax law, stamp duty, capital value tax, or FBR regulations can affect your net return.
