Conviction levels reflect our confidence in the investment's risk-adjusted return potential. "High" conviction picks represent positions where we see clear structural advantages location, developer, timing, or pricing that the broader market hasn't fully priced in.
"Medium-High" picks offer strong fundamentals but carry one or more risk factors that require monitoring.
